Time to get some Quadra games going again i guess.

But me and some others have forgotten to run a dedicated server :/

I saw a guide at this Wiki page but how I'm supposed to create the new
server?
In a notepad doc and change to cfg or could i just set it up in the cmd?

And maybe if anyone see this prob and got the oppert to run a dedicated
server it would be great.

Hopefully players will start playing again.
