OK, everything is up and going.

Schrodinger works ok on the HPC now. I've tested it and all is ok.

We had to make a slight modification to get the license to work. To
get the modified version, go the the HPC ("/home/benson/license.txt"
or "/tmp/license.txt" or "/apps/shared/merz/schrodinger2011/license").

Then just replace the old license with this one!

Hi Mark,

This is not working for me. Is there something I have to do on our machines, either change the license or get it to talk to the HPC? I don't remember all of the steps we went through initially - I wouldn't think we would have to do all that again just to change licenses, but right now I'm not sure what to do.

Updating my $SCHRODINGER directory with the new, modified temporary license got Maestro working again for me

Thanks!
