Sample Tempalte for Test Automation Plan & Estimation

Hi ,

I have to prepare Automation Test Plan document as part of that I have
to identify Test Scenarios / Test Cases that best candidates for Test
Automation. I also need to include Complexity and all other parameters
that need to consider, time efforts etc for each Test Scenario.
Can anybody share with me any sample document?

estimation , how much time we should included for each automation test
