Small molecule metabolite identification

I have been remiss this message board has not been more active. It
seems like it could serve as an excellent resource for 6510/6520
users. (A message directed to Agilent: surely you have sold more
instruments than there are members of this group. Are you still
encouraging participation in this group?) On that note, would anybody
like to discuss an efficient way of using the Qualitative Analysis
software to mine data for small molecule metabolite identification?
To date we have several different methods we use to sort through the
data, however none seems to be efficient. Somewhere I have a demo of
the metabolite identification software from Agilent. How well does
this software streamline the process and what kind of reporting does
it perform?

I think that it would be useful to have contact with other users, especially
with regards to the analysis of nonstandard molecules and some of the more
sophisticated aspects of data analysis.

.mzxml, as well as issues with the file size.
