TLDR: FIREFLY Collective is hosting it's first ever family conference weekend on August 1st & 2nd in Walnut Creek, CA to resource and empower families of trans youth. We are FIREFLY Collective - Families Igniting Resources & Education For Liberated Youth.

We are a community of trans, non-binary and allied youth, families, providers, and organizers dedicated to creating an inclusive space for connection, education, and mutual aid. Our mission is to envision and build a more liberated world for trans and gender-diverse youth—one that ensures access to affirming healthcare, legal advocacy, family & youth empowerment, and community connection. We are gathering for a first annual family conference weekend to foster growth, learning, and celebration for families at every stage of their journey.

We invite you to join us for the weekend of August 1st & 2nd in Walnut Creek, CA!  Let us know if you're interested in getting updates about event registration!

We are also accepting requests for presenter proposals for family programming!  

Attached you can find our snazzy save the date flyer :)  Please share with families of trans youth, trans-affirming spaces and community groups.
