Groups for LGBTQIA+ Older Adults

Hello trusted community,
I’m Marisa Musso, the new Community Programs Manager at the Pacific Center for Human Growth. I’m jazzed to introduce myself and share the Older Adult Programs upcoming offerings for LGBTQIA+ adults age 55+ in your community, including: closed-groups, case management, and social events.
Here’s a quick overview of services:
- 8-week closed-group discussions where participants can connect, share experiences, and offer mutual support.
- 8-week closed-group support with a trained PEARLS coach to help manage the symptoms of loneliness and depression.
- Individual case management services to assist with managing day-to-day tasks.
- Drop-in social groups for ongoing community connection.
These offerings are a great way for older adults to feel supported, build community, and access free services that can help make life a little easier. Plus, it’s a wonderful opportunity for participants to form lasting friendships while receiving valuable resources.
We currently have space available and would love to welcome participants from your program!
If you think any of your clients would benefit, please feel free to share this opportunity with them. We’re excited to offer these programs at no cost and look forward to connecting with more LGBTQIA+ older adults in your community.
