RYSE is seeking a Community Mental Health Director (CMH Director) to lead our mental health initiatives, programs, and services.
Across all RYSE’s work, including our liberatory mental health work, we partner with and support young people through culturally rooted holistic supports and services. We name the systems’ harm and violence that burden our communities, affirm the resilience and fortitude of young people and their communities, and support them in building personal and collective agency and power to transform and build loving, just systems. Mental health services at RYSE are situated within and as part of this milieu of care, recovery, healing, community-building, and power-building.
