Rotate Text in vertical bar

Is there a way to rotate the text, in a vertical bar, so it will show like normal text?

What do you mean by "like normal text"?

Do you mean that you want a wide vertical bar with the text displayed horizontally?

If so, no, that's not possible currently.

This has been asked before but I'm not working on an implementation.
