Hello, is there an API to get the QTile manager from an external file, for create popup's etc.?

I don't follow the question. What do you mean by getting the qtile manager from an external file? And how would this help you create popups?

well, because the QTile Manager is required for start popups, and i can't start one of them if i don't have that manager
