Qthreads 1.10 is released!

Hello, 

Version 1.10 is officially out. The new tarball is available on the GoogleCode project page [1], and the history is available under the `release-1.10` branch.

This release is a more of a stable snapshot of the repository but does contain some interesting new features, such as the new task queue subsystem. Check the NEWS for more information, and feel free to start populating the TODO file with targets for the next release candidate.
