Qthreads repository is moving to GitHub

Hi,

We are moving Qthreads to GitHub. The new location for browsing the source, commits, and issues will be `https://github.com/Qthreads/qthreads`. And the new URL for cloning will be `github.com:Qthreads/qthreads.git`. Expect the source to move first, followed by issues and wiki.

The target for the move is this Friday, January 9th. We hope this is a smooth transition, but please let us know if you experience any problems switching to the new host.
