Translating your app into german

Hi Wes, 

I would offer a translation into german language. I have participated in an other project which has used Weblate. Maybe this could be also a solution for this app.

Just checkout Weblate.org and https://docs.weblate.org/en/latest/user/files.html

Maybe some other users here would also help to translate?

I would welcome the help. I will check into Weblate; that could turn out to be a simple way to send and receive the translation files.
