FreeTrack 1.3.0 BETA 6 is ready!

This release adds some cool things:

- support PNG map files
- Speed up for map drawing on screen
- Removed the annoying Qt bug on drawing tracks (big colorfull square
on screen)
- Now draw a bitmap on waypoints (next beta will also write waypoint
name)
- show "zoom" level in the tracking table
