FreeTrack 1.3.0 BETA 1 is here!

Ok, with some delay, but finally FreeTrack 1.3.0 beta 1 is ready!

Feature complete:
- huge map are supported (cache has been changed a bit from alpha
releases, now every map get its own cache folder) * note: maps bigger than
15kx15k pixels can show weird behaviour, please report your mileage...
- OZI calibration files import is supported (more tests are needed!
Supports only WGS84 datums, only first three points)
- Waypoints support (can set/save waypoints) but their "look" on the table
cannot be customized yet.

Have fun, but keep in mind its still experimental and WILL crash. There is
a known bug when dealing with big maps, seems to be triggered mostly when
caching the map, so if it crash, just reload and cache the map again
(already cached areas of the map will not be regenerated) and will work.
