remove the newly added QMutex from hbqt\qtcore\qth\filelist.hbm

Pritpal forgot to commit the QMutex.qth file

please do a 

hbmk2 -rebuildall qtcontribs58.hbp

to be sure you are compiling everything from the start...

And these commits don't solve the crash problem
