version 0.7.0 of qtalchemy

I've released version 0.7.0:

Note that PySide is quite supported and works nicely. The key part is
to convert the imports:

python qtbindings.py --platform=PySide

Probably the most exciting part is that the documentation may actually
be helpful now. However, as I read it myself, I see how very far it has
to go yet.
