how to apply patch and compile?

Hi David,

The qt4dotnet homepage says that "after Qt Jambi releases a new version, we apply a patch and compile it with ikvm".  Can you please provide more details about this so that I can try compiling it with a newer IKVM?

The current version of the binaries on the site, already represents the current version of the qtjambi release, As you can see on http://qt.gitorious.org/qt-jambi, there still is no qtjambi for qt 4.6. Similarly the current release also uses IKVM 0.40.0.1. So this leaves me to wonder which version you'd like to try
