[Qt-qmf] request to merge unit test coverage code

Please review and merge the changes from the source repo taika-messagingframework.
This repo was cloned from 2011W04 and contains a couple of one-line fixes and new unit test cases for qmf modules. These unit test cases were mostly concentrated on line coverage.

statistics does not look good for our management :-)
