QSWAT, SWAT+, SWAT Editor and modified SWAT

Dear Community,

I am using ArcSWAT since 3 years and I am good enough in hydrological modelling. However I have some questions which I want to ask you:

What is the difference between SWAT, SWAT+ and QSWAT?

What’s is the purpose of SWAT Editor?

What’s Modified SWAT?

I have gone through some papers in which they use SWAT and modified SWAT for hydrological components analysis and compare both of simulations.... here modified SWAT is QSWAT/SWAT+?

I have gone through some video tutorials in which they use QGIS by using QSWAT...but I am still confused... 

is there anybody who can simply clarify each of these setups.
