Helo Dears am using QSWAT+ to simulate runoff. I faced a problem when I Create HRUs. Some sub-catchments cannot be considered in HRUs Could you help me please?

Assuming the outer red line is the watershed boundary as calculated by
QSWAT+, the white areas are HRUs you have removed. The remaining HRUs
have in fact been expanded to fill the whole watershed.
