QSWAT+ v2.3 plugin is not appear in QGIS 3.22.12 LTR

I did exactly based on the QSWAT+ manual v2.3.

First installed QGIS 3.22.12 from https://qgis.org/downloads/QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.22.12-

1.msi 

next, ran  swatplustools-installer, version 2.2

The problem is that the SWAT+ plugin is not appear in my QGIS! 

I checked my QGIS use Python 3.9, then I installed QSWATPlus3_9. But again it doesn't work. I cannot find SWAT+ in my QGIS plugins.  

So, what can I do? is the problem related to the QGIS version or anything else?

Please, always specify if Win or Mac..

On macOS, it is solved..

Hi, I remember that the problem was related to the installation way. When I changed it, it worked for me. 

If you install 'just for me' for the QGIS, then it also should be the same for QSWAT installation.
If you install QSWAT 'for everyone' then the person who installed QGIS and the person who installed QSWAT must both have admin rights.

In my case I installed the QGIS with admin rights and QSWAT+ as "only for me". Because otherwise, the plugin did not appear.
