HRUs Run button no available

4. Description of Issue

The Problem:

 It is not possible to create HRUs in step number 2 of the modeling with QSWAT+, the "Read" button from previous versions has been removed and the "Create HRUs" button is not enabled despite providing all the requirements, making it impossible to continue with the basin modeling (see photo)
