Problem in opening my project and QGIS automatic update

Hello,
I created my project using a previous LTR version of QGIS. However, after the software automatically updated to the latest version, I am no longer able to open my project and receive an error message. It currently does not allow me to access the project at all.
Do I need to recreate the entire project using the updated version of QGIS and SWAT+?
Additionally, could you please advise on how to prevent QGIS from automatically updating to non-LTR versions? I would like to keep using a stable LTR version to avoid compatibility issues with my model.

QGIS does not automatically update, but maybe some other software you
are running does that.
The problem with numpy in QGIS 3.44 is fixed in QSWAT+ version 3.2.1,
which you can find at https://github.com/swat-model/QSWATPlus/release.
Just install it, restart QGIS and open the project.

Thank you for your response.
I checked the link you provided, but I could not find the QSWAT+ version 3.2.1 file there.
Additionally, I am experiencing an issue with QGIS automatically updating to the latest version. Each time this happens, I have to uninstall QGIS and the SWAT/QSWAT+ plugin, reinstall the correct LTR version compatible with SWAT, and set everything up again. After a few days, QGIS updates again to a newer version that is not compatible with SWAT, which causes my project to stop working or not open properly.
Could you please advise how I can prevent QGIS from updating automatically and ensure compatibility with QSWAT+?

As I said, QGIS does not automatically update, as far as I am aware.
Maybe some other software you are using.
Looks like the last letter got dropped from the link. It is

It happens to me as well. The LTR version of QGIS updates automatically to the latest version, and the latest version, 4.0, makes QSWAT + incompatible.
Can you help to solve this issue?
1.26.4 is the numpy version, which I can see on my QGIS 4.0. I installed LTR, and it updated itself to 4.0.
