No QSWAT Plugin Appearing in QGIS

Hi everyone,

My name is Matt Lombardo, a master's student at UConn. I'm trying to use SWAT+ as a model for my thesis project. I used to have SWAT+ and QSWAT working with QGIS, but I was trying to find where the SWAT database was on my computer and I couldn't, so I decided to remove SWAT from my computer and redownload to an easy place to find. 

Now, I cannot figure out how to get the QSWAT pluggin back on QGIS and I can't find anything online. There is a picture below showing all of my available pluggins, which does not include any SWAT pluggins. Can anybody help with this issue?
