QSWAT+ for QGIS 3.22 on Windows

There was an error with QSWAT+ when used with the latest long term
release of QGIS, which is 3.22, on Windows: the visualisation component
would not load.

I have now fixed this and the latest version of QSWAT+ can be downloaded
as
https://bitbucket.org/ChrisWGeorge/qswatplus3/downloads/QSWATPlus3_9install2.2.0.exe

This is the version of QSWAT+ for an MSI installer of QGIS, which uses
verion 3.9 of Python. Version 3.22 of QGIS only seems to come in this
form.

Existing projects made with QGIS 3.16, using either form of QGIS
installer, can be loaded and run with QGIS 3.22 and QSWAT+ 2.2 without
problems as far as I know: you will just get a warning about the project
file being old and about to be updated, possible irreversibly. It is a
good idea to make a copy of the QSWAT+ project directory to ensure that
you can go back to it if necessary before running it with a new version
of QGIS.

I will check the situation for Linux and Mac users as soon as I can.
