Dear all

When I was Creating HRUs I got this message:

"Failed to route channels and subbasins in table gis_routing in project database"

I clicked ok, and then, this kind of message arose:

"Internal error: routing sink category PT id 51 not found as a source"

and it was the same not just for that number, but for a lot of PT id

Anyway, I continued and tried to solve it by unpicking options of the inlet, reservoir, pond, and point source, but that option didn't work out, even though the interface was able to create HRUs, however, this Python message appeared:

"An error has occurred while executing Python code:

Clearly, I obtain HRUs, as it is shown in the image below

But when I import files into SWAT+ Editor, I don't have any HRU.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Thank you in advance!

Valdilene, yes, I solved the problem!
I changed the soil raster and works very well!
The old one had wholes, was incomplete, so QSWAT was lose, probably you have the same issue, could be with land use/land cover raster or soil raster!

All the best

Hi, I also met this error. Did you handle this problem by the authors' method? There is no whole in my raster data. I don't know how to solve this problem. Thank you in advance!

Hello! Me too... The error persists even aftter I made sure my raster and my soil layers are impecable. In my 'Point source' attribute table I can see that indeed all the points (PT id) mentioned in the error are unexistent. Somehow those points were skipped and not generated. Please  let us know if anyone have any tips!
