Problem to active the QSWAT PLUGIN

Hello, 

I have installed QSWAT on a computer with a 64-bit. However, when I try to activate the plugin, this doesn't appear on the toolbar. Does someone know the reason?

The following message appears in the bubble icon:

You need to install QSWAT version 2.1.0 or 2.1.1.
