Database error? (SQLITE)

While creating HRU i am facing problem of sqlite file. I want to use user soil standard database of swatplus_dataset sqlite format but it is only of 1 MB, when i searched about it i found out it is generally around 200-500 MB containing all standard FAO database and global land use with all plant and urban csv. From swat plus editor i am not able to download the full file. I would really appreciate any form of help. If it is really the problem and if anyone do have the file i would really appreciate it.
