Error Running SWAT Line Executable

Hi Everyone,

I am using the GLUE Method to calibrate my model using 27 different parameters, so I am using R code to run the calibration. To do this I am using the SWAT Line Executable for SWAT+ 61.0.1. When I try to run the executable I get the error message seen in the attached screenshot. I have downloaded the necessary applications to run it as instructed, which are Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and Intel® Fortran Compiler Runtime for Windows. I also downloaded the following .dll files and pasted them in the same folder as the executable, MSVCP140.dll, VCRUNTIME140.dll, VCRUNTIME140_1.dll, and ucrtbase.dll. When I ran a dependencies check, which is the other picture, it said that I was missing the VCRUNTIME140.dll even though I've triple checked that I have it. I've also checked and all of the different softwares/applications should be compatible with each other. Has anyone encountered this and knows how to fix the problem? I downloaded the line executable from the link below.
