The plugin QSWATPlus caused QGIS to crash

Dear QSWAT+ Users and Developers,

I am a beginner to QSWAT+. I have installed QGIS and SWAT+ by strictly following the official user guide and tutorial videos on YouTube, and I am using the sample dataset included in the installation package.

However, today while following a YouTube tutorial, I encountered a bug that causes QGIS to crash. As shown in the attached screenshot, within the "Visualise Results" interface, the moment I click the 'Create' button in the lower-right corner, QGIS freezes completely. After a short period, it crashes and displays an error, stating that the QSWAT+ plugin caused QGIS to stop working.

To troubleshoot, I completely uninstalled and then reinstalled both QGIS and SWAT+. Unfortunately, the problem persists. At the exact same step, QGIS freezes and crashes again.

Is there anyone who might know what is causing this issue and, more importantly, how to resolve it?

I'm almost at my wits' end with this problem. I would be incredibly grateful for any help or suggestions!

For your information, my software versions are: QGIS 3.40.12, SWAT+ 3.0.12, and QSWAT+ 3.1.2.
