QSWAT and QSWAT+ available for QGIS 3.44

QGIS 3.44 is the latest long term release of QGIS. There are some
internal changes which necessitate new releases of QSWAT (2.1.0) and
QSWAT+ (3.2.0). You can find them at https://github.com/swat-model.

There are no functional changes to QSWAT or QSWAT+, so there is no need
to install these versions unless you want to use QGIS 3.44.

After installing QSWAT+ 3.2.0 there is a problem in setting the outlet points - they do not show up on the map and an error is thrown that states that it cannot find the outlet file

Also using an old file with multiple outlets the selecting the ones I want foes not highlight them in yellow and they are not selected

I am running QGIS 3.44 and was running it fine with the previous QSWAT_ install with none of these problems
