Removing outlying Streams and channels in QSWAT+

I have trouble removing streams outlying my watershed area. Due to them very weird sub-basins are created. I tried removing them manually turning on toggle editing mode but when I go to next step of create watershed, it recreates the same stream network as before, thus leaving me with those same sub-basin division.
