I used the SSURGO soil map with the user lookup table for a watershed without any problem, But when I use the very same map and table for a much larger watershed I get the error, in the HRU creation stage, after the model reads the maps:
Could not write to table soil_lookup in database C:/SWAT/......./SSURGO_Soils.csv:  ....sqlite3.ProgrammingError: Incorrect number of bindings supplied. The corrent statement using 2, and there are 1 supplied

When I use the SWT+ model's SSURGO map I get this error:
SSURGO soil 1 (and perhaps others) not defined in ssurgo table in database C:/SWAT/SWATPlus/Databases/watplus_soils.sqlite. soils_sol table not written

I have tried a different number of subbasins and HRU definitions, and also tried to make the model in new directories, all with the same result.
Thank you for your time.

SSURGO soils do not use a lookup table: the values in SSURGO Maps are
the soil identifiers.

Are you checking the SSURGO option in the HRUs form?
