Problems importing weather data files

  'm using an updated version of Swat Plus 3.2.3 & Qswat 3.0.3, but i'm still having problems with importing Weather data files, the program is skipping to import my weather data files. this is the error message i'm receiving repeatedly

Please help me to solve this issue.
