Silent Install options?

I work in the IT Team for a uni and have been asked to install SWAT Plus on a bunch of machines, I have got it installing silently using "swatplus-windows-installer-3.0.8.exe" /VERYSILENT /LOG="c:\temp\swatinstall3.0.8.log" /NORESTART /ALLUSERS but I get a popup during the install asking for the path to the QGIS install, is there a way to define it in a switch on the installer to make my life a lot easier ?
