Hi folks!

I'm new to SWAT and trying to run it for the first time using examples Robin dataset. I installed QSWATPlus on Qgis 3.40 (Debian Bookworm). In order to run I've following QSWATPlus Manual_v2_5.

Rigth from  first steps I'm getting errors when trying to create streams. A red mensage appears:

*** Problem with TauDEM /usr/local/share/SWATPlus/TauDEM5Bin/pitremove -z /home/thiago/QSWATPlus_Projects/Robit/Demo1/Watershed/Rasters/DEM/srtm_30m_burned.tif -fel /home/thiago/QSWATPlus_Projects/Robit/Demo1/Watershed/Rasters/DEM/srtm_30mfel.tif: please examine output above. **

I ran ldd usr/local/share/SWATPlus/TauDEM5Bin/pitremove, and it shows that libgdal.so.30 is not found. Instead, I have libgdal.so.32.

I tryied change Qgis version (3.22), but the problem persists.

Has anyone faced this issue?

Grateful for any help!

Start a terminal and paste in the command from your message:

/usr/local/share/SWATPlus/TauDEM5Bin/pitremove -z
/home/thiago/QSWATPlus_Projects/Robit/Demo1/Watershed/Rasters/DEM/srtm_30m_burned.tif
-fel
/home/thiago/QSWATPlus_Projects/Robit/Demo1/Watershed/Rasters/DEM/srtm_30mfel.tif

and send me the output.

I found a solution in another chat about similar issue. Summarizing, I renamed libgdal.so.32 to libgdal.so.30. After this, I was able to following QSWAT Manual v_2.5 until 6.3 section. However, when I tried open project in SWAT+ Editor (following 6.3 section ) an error occurred about importing data. The message is "table codes_bsn" has no column gwflow". In the project folder are two sqlite files: 1)Demo.sqlite and 2)swatplus_datasets.sqlite). I noted that there are  both, table and column, cited in message in 2) , but they don't exist in file 1). Then I create a table named codes_bsn in 1) with same fields as 2).  The error changed and now is "table pesticide_pst has no column named pl_uptake". There are pesticide_pst table in swatplus_datasets.sqilite too.
Apparently, the 2) tables would be in 1). Is my perception correct? How can I rigth it?
