Error Running SWAT+ Line Executable

Hello all,

I am trying to run a SWAT+ Executable in my calibration code, and I cannot get the executable to work. I am getting the error message shown in one of the pictures attached. I downloaded it from the link below and also installed the Intel Fortran Compiler Runtime and the Windows Visual C++ Redistributable, and I checked to make sure they downloaded. I've also installed and pasted the folllow .dll files into the textinout folder where my executable is located, MSVCP140.dll,  VCRUNTIME140.dll, VCRUNTIME140_1.dll, and ucrtbase.dll. I also ran a dependancies check, shown in a picture, and it says that I am missing the VCRUNTIME140.dll even though I know I have it. Can someone help me with this issue? Am I downloading the .dll's into the right folder?
