Error Creating watershed

 Sorry, my English is not very good, so I might not express myself clearly.  

 The problem I’m facing is that when I create it, clicking on the reservoir always causes an error, and the channels cannot connect properly.   But when I only click on the outlet, it works successfully.

 I hope someone with more experience can help and give me some advice.
