Unable to create HRUs

Hi all,

I am doing HRU Creation step in QSWAT+.

I’m struggling with creating HRUs for my watershed in QSWAT+. Here’s the situation:

• After running HRU creation, HRUs are generated only for 2 subbasins of my watershed.

• In the attribute table of the HRU layer, the HRU column shows NA for all rows, although all other columns (Subbasin, Landuse, Soil, Slope, Area, etc.) are populated.

• My soil, land use, and slope band layers all align perfectly, have full coverage, and appear correct in QGIS.

I’ve checked projections, raster alignment, and lookup tables — everything seems fine, but the HRUs are still not being created properly.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? What could be causing it, and how can I fix it? Any immediate guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Your project looks very strange: there are streams without subbasins.
Is it an exiating project? If so please check carefully the downstream
connections in the streams file are correct.
