l encountered this error which says " there was an error importing your gis data"

and down below its says" please update the  swatplus_datasets.sqlite file in your project folder to most recent version at https//plus.swat.tamu.edu/, before creating your project" so l followeed the instruction and download the recent version but the error wasn't resolved. Please him
