I have a problem to load new project in Mac M1 QGIS 3.22 LTR as well as QGIS 3.24

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am facing an issue with SWAT+. I want to install plugin in QGIS 3.24 (Mac mini M1 11.6.5). the SWAT+ plugin doesn't even display in toolbar, whereas the QGIS 3.22 LTR shows at the toolbar with SWAT+ icon. With this version, I fail to attempt creating new project and it gives Python error in the screenshot. I may think that I miss sudo brew install openmpi

in my terminal instead installing brew install openmpi. Doing so, I guess it casues wrong path environment. Could you suggest me to solve this problem? Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.
