When you select SSURGO in QSWAT+ the use of swatplus_soils.sqlite is
automatic. You can only change the behaviour by editing the database.
You would add entries to tables ssurgo and ssurgo_layer to define
additional soils.
Also, SWAT_US_SSURGO_Soils is a Microsoft Access database. QSWAT+ only
uses sqlite databases.
