Help needed with SWAT+ gwflow access violation error

Dear SWAT+ User Group,

I am trying to run a SWAT+ model with the gwflow module activated. The tutorial model runs successfully on my computer, but my own model stops immediately after reading the groundwater file.

The error shown is:

reading from groundwater file forrtl: severe (157): Program Exception - access violation

I am using the SWAT+ gwflow executable, revision 60.5.3. The weather files are read successfully before the model crashes.

I have attached a screenshot of the error message. Could anyone please advise what commonly causes this error, particularly which gwflow or SWAT+ input files I should check first?
