I discovered yesterday that QGIS 3.34.5 uses Python 3.12 instead of 3.9,
so QSWAT3_9 (and QSWATPlus3_9) will not install with it (or later
versions). I have built new QSWAT and QSWAT+ versions and they will be
available very soon. Meantime you could use QGIS 3.34.4.
