Persistent QSWAT Error in delineate watershed

When I want to delineate watershed and select outlet points, I get this persistent error. Please! Any help appreciated!!!
Failed to remove old inlet/outlet file C:\Users\scott\OneDrive\Desktop\Consulting\Acumen\Machine\Chris Johnson_RG\zswat\Watershed\Shapes\drawoutlets.dbf: try repeating last click, else remove manually.

What happened when you removed it manually?
