ERROR READ RASTER FOR HRU

Hello,
I’m trying to create HRUs for a large watershed of 150,000 km². However, when the process gets to the raster reading stage (Read Bottom), the software crashes and my computer completely freezes. I’ve tested this on two different machines and the issue persists. Sometimes I get an error message, while other times the computer restarts unexpectedly.
Has anyone experienced something similar?

I’m using QSWAT+ 3.0.3
and QGIS version 3.40.6-Bratislava.

For inputs, I’m using CDL-derived LULC and soil data from gSSURGO, both resampled to 90m and projected in the same coordinate system (EPSG 26916). The DEM is at 30m resolution.
I’m also creating slope classes with breaks at [0–5–10–20–50–9999].
