Problem with SWAT3 Visualization in QGIS

Hello friends!
After successful run the initial simulation in SWAT3 the QGIS 3.4 crush after pressing "Visualize" button and  the following error message  below. What could be the problem anyone with an idea or previously face the same problem.

It's probably a transient problem that may go away if you reinstall. I
suggest you upgrade to QGIS 3.16, and use the latest QSWAT3.

I upgrade to QGIS 3.16 and now its working
