QSWAT error Access database permission

Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue while running QSWAT on QGIS 3.16.

The error occurs during the land use step, specifically when QSWAT tries to read the land use CSV and access the reference database. The message I get is:

I have already tried checking Windows permissions (full control granted)

Could anyone please help me solve this?

I don't understand this, but there are some things you can do.

0. Make sure you don't have Access running.

1. With QGIS closed, use the Task Manager, under the Details tab, to
check if there are any Python executables running. Kill them.
Rebooting your machine would also achieve this.

2. Replace the reference database QSWATRef2012.mdb in the project
folder with the one in C:\SWAT\SWATEditor\Databases. But first you will
need to copy any changes you have made to the project's version, e.g. if
you have made a usersoil table.
