QSWAT Visual Missing Soils

Hello, I am a new SWAT user and am experiencing a visual error of the soil raster in SWAT. For background information, I used SSURGO soils and created raster with MUKEY

There have been no errors within the model, and I was able to get the model successfully running in SWAT Editor/Toolbox. However, visually, it looks like some soils are missing from the watershed (top right, middle left).

Yet, these soils exist in the SSURGO SQL database.

It is not clear to me what you think the problem is. Your picture
apparently shows the subbasins in your model. The outer boundary of
these subbasins is the boundary of your model. It all appears to be
inside the other map, which is perhaps your soil raster.

So what do you think is missing?
