QSWAT plugin does not show in QGIS / not able to install (not found) /

Hello,
I have trouble with the QSWAT plugin in QGIS.

I (a) followed the manuel step for step, (b) everything in 64 bit (also microsoft office) etc. (c) everywhere the newest version (d) also, I did restart the PC.

Still, when I open QGIS (Long term release, newest version Bratislava 3.40.xx), and check for the plugins, there is no "QSWAT" plugin to be found, or to be installed! See Image 1. However, I installed it and I can find it in my file directory (see Image 2).

[Before, I tried also to use SWAT+ with the QSWAT+ version following the manual for QSWAT+/SWAT+ before ( and of course, deinstalling and restarting the PC before I tried the QSWAT-thingy now)]

What could be possibly a solution? Until now, there is nowhere a solution offered to this problem after checking the 64 bit, the version, the combinations, the following of the manuals.

The directory holding user accounts seems to be called Benutzer instead
of Users, and this may prevent QGIS finding the plugin.

Easiest way to fix this is probably to install QSWAT 'for all' instead
of 'for me'. Then QSWAT is placed together with QGIS. With the 'for
all' installation, if you reinstall QGIS you will need to reinstall the
plugin.
